Shipping and delivery

Deliveries are only available in Centurion.Deliveries over R500 is free and under R500 is charged at R35.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Centurion pet food.We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can contact us to arrange returning the product, subject to the below terms and conditions.

• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The security seal or shrink wrap (where applicable) must be intact.
• In the case of perishable items, even if the product was used within the first fourteen (14) days, we are unable to do an exchange immediately as the item has to first be returned to the supplier for testing before a decision can be made..
• Gift vouchers will not be refunded.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will handled on a case by case basis.

• COD for inhouse deliveries (card or cash on delivery).
